If completed as described, this should reduce pedestrian-bike conflict on a short but useful Suyeong River connector.

Current status
Not as an improved section.
The current riverside line can still be used, but the safer separated layout is a future item. Expect normal Suyeong River behavior until work actually starts: walkers, merge points, and occasional slow riding.

Not yet.
Once done, it may be useful because it fixes friction on a connector people already use. Until then, it is a watch item.
