What is blocked

The field point is on the east side of Oncheoncheon, just north of Jangjeon Station.

How to get through

Do not assume the underpass line is open.

Use the opposite side of the stream if that fits your direction, or leave the path briefly and rejoin after the work zone. It is a small interruption, but it is exactly the kind of one that catches you late if you are riding on autopilot.
