The program combines basic road-safety theory with practical lessons in balance, starting, stopping, braking, and basic riding. Training bicycles, helmets, and protective equipment are provided without charge.
Classes run from 10:00 to 11:30 on September 30; October 7, 21, and 28; and November 4, 11, 18, and 25. There is no class on October 14.
The meeting place is in front of Bicycle Country at Spo1 Park in Geumjeong-gu.
This is for complete beginners who cannot already ride a standard two-wheel bicycle. Applicants should be able to attend all eight linked sessions. The notice says older applicants will receive priority; submitting the form does not itself confirm a place.
