Article 14: folded folding bikes exempted from 150cm/25kg baggage restriction. Article 14-2: full-size bikes on Saturdays, legal holidays, or president-designated days; rear car only. Violation penalties: up to 100,000 KRW for hazardous items; 5,000 KRW surcharge for unauthorized bike carriage plus forced exit.
