The September 20, 2026 event started and finished on Gwangan Bridge. BEXCO was the assembly venue.

Course And Landmarks

The event’s seven named sections include four major bridges: Gwangan, Busan Harbor, Namhang and Eulsukdo. The other three are Sinseondae Underpass, Cheonma Tunnel and Jangpyeong Underpass.

  • From Gwangan, the course passed through Sinseondae Underpass and crossed Harbor Bridge toward Yeongdo for the first time.
  • Namhang Bridge, Cheonma Tunnel and Jangpyeong Underpass led west to Eulsukdo Bridge, then onward to the Airport Road turnaround.
  • The return crossed Eulsukdo, retraced the tunnel corridor and crossed Namhang. Harbor pass two headed toward Sinseondae, with a turn before the underpass; pass three went back toward Yeongdo.
  • A surface-road turn in front of Hanjin Heavy Industries led to the spiral ramp and Harbor pass four, toward Sinseondae. The course then continued through the underpass and Daeyeon to the Gwangan finish.

Elevation Profile

The course starts with a descent from Gwangan, followed by the rise onto Harbor Bridge. The Cheonma and Jangpyeong sections lose height on the outward leg and regain it on the return.

The last part is not a flat run to the finish. The repeated Harbor crossings and Yeongdo spiral add more climbing before the final approach back onto Gwangan.
