Three Dongnae contracts list work through late November or early December. Expect local work zones, but no official source shows either riverside route closed end to end.

These are contract periods. They do not mean every metre is blocked for every day of the contract, and the listed completion dates do not confirm reopening by themselves.
What this means on a bike
Expect local narrowing, barriers, or short diversions where crews are working. Check the sign at the entrance instead of assuming the entire river path is unavailable.
The two Oncheoncheon contracts name their general areas. The Suyeong River contract lists September 15 as the start date, but its public page does not identify the affected Dongnae segment. No official day-by-day access schedule or detour map was found for these three projects.
Current rideability is therefore condition-dependent and not confirmed for every section. If a barrier is in place, follow any marked diversion rather than squeezing through the work zone.
Why there are so many construction sites
These are separate district projects, not one coordinated river closure. Haeundae’s Banyeo Suyeong River separation project has a June tender but no confirmed current access plan. The Jangjeon/Guseo Oncheoncheon work had a signed period ending September 1, with no reopening confirmation found.
Neither item changes the limits or dates of the three Dongnae contracts above. Treat each site separately and check its current signs before changing a ride.
